Current treatment cadence

3 floors per week Every Tuesday

This rotating schedule ensures comprehensive coverage of all residential floors throughout the year. Each floor cycles through approximately every nine weeks.

Access requirements

Resident action required $100 fine for missed access
Be home, or give management access to avoid a $100 fine.

This policy is what makes building-wide control actually effective — a single skipped unit can re-infect neighboring units within weeks.

The simplest way to guarantee access when you can't be home is to file your door code with management. It is stored in the building's encrypted password vault — and you can revoke or change it at any time.
